We can service many, but not all e-bikes.

E-Bike Service Checker

The Marin Sausalito is a great example of a serviceable e-bike. It has all standard bike parts and a Shimano motor.

Here are some visual examples of bikes that we are not able to work on.

We are NOT able to work on:

  • Any electrical components that are not produced by Bosch or Shimano

  • Any electric vehicle without pedals or with pedals that don’t drive the rear wheel.

  • Folding bikes with front and rear suspension.

  • Bikes with front hub motors.

  • Bikes with seats that cannot be adjusted up and down.

This list is not all-inclusive. We may refuse service on any bike at our discretion.
